Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to make any changes or cancel it. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest, although creating an account allows you to view your order history and enjoy a faster checkout on future purchases.

We currently ship throughout Europe, with additional destinations being added regularly.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day before being dispatched.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order includes tracking so you can monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within the return period outlined in our Returns Policy. Products should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our customer support team and we'll guide you through the return process.
What if my suitcase arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damage. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do OX suitcases come with a warranty?
Yes. All OX luggage is covered by our 2 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, misuse, airline damage, and cosmetic scratches are not covered.

Are the suitcases expandable?
Yes. Our expandable models provide additional packing space whenever you need it.
Do the suitcases have TSA-approved locks?
Yes. Every OX suitcase includes an integrated TSA-approved combination lock for secure and convenient travel.
What are anti-theft zippers?
Our anti-theft zippers are specially designed to make unauthorized access more difficult, providing extra peace of mind while travelling.
How many wheels do the suitcases have?
Each suitcase features eight 360° silent spinner wheels for effortless manoeuvrability on virtually any surface.
Do the suitcases fit airline cabin requirements?
Our Cabin suitcase is designed to comply with the cabin baggage requirements of most major airlines. However, airline size limits vary, so we recommend checking your airline's baggage policy before travelling.
Are the telescopic handles adjustable?
Yes. The telescopic handle locks securely at multiple heights for comfortable handling.
Do the suitcases have interior compartments?
Yes. Every suitcase features a premium fully-lined interior with multiple compartments and compression straps to help organise your belongings.
